Why do you need a strategy?

Every communications campaign should start with a strategy. A strategy and action plan are essential for everyone to know expectations, outcomes and the roles required to achieve them.

Developing a strategy will also establish the resources you have available, the experience you have within your team and the level of support you need.

Detailed consultations with key people and stakeholders help me to identify the priorities and available resources, and establish the values and ethos of the organisation. 

From there, I’ll create a strategy that accurately reflects who you are and what you do, and ensure all your communications activity supports your business objectives.

Brand & identity

Your communications strategy includes your key messages, your style and tone and written identity.

I also work with design partners to create a strong visual brand. This is often the first impression people have of you, so it’s important to create a strong image that reflects who you are and what you do.
